An exchange is possible in following cases:

Wrong item?

Inform our customer service centre within 14 days after receiving the order.

Damaged?

Inform our customer service centre within 14 days after receiving the order.

You want to exchange an item? We will ask you to follow the following instructions so that we can process your return in the most effective way.

  1. notify our customer service centre by mail, fax or registered letter ,within 7 days, that you wish to exchange an item.
  2. you will receive instructions and an exchange document via e-mail
  3. mention the disired article, color and size on the exchange document
  4. attach the order confirmation you received by e-mail and the exchange document to complete the package
  5. send the product to the return address. The shipping costs are your responsibility
  6. after the receipt and approval by Caroline Biss, Caroline Biss-onlineshop.com will send you a receipt by e-mail
  7. when your returned article has been approved by Caroline Biss, Caroline Biss-onlineshop.com will send the new item in the shortest time based on availability

Return?

You want to return an item? We will ask you to follow the following instructions so that we can process your return in the most effective way.

  3. mention the reason for the return on the return document
  4. attach the order confirmation you received by e-mail and the return document to complete the package

  6. after the receipt and approval by Caroline Biss, Caroline Biss-onlineshop.com will send you a receipt by e-mail
  7. when your returned article has been approved by Caroline Biss, Caroline Biss-onlineshop.com will refund your order

When do I get my money back?


  • If you don’t provide your bank account number, you will receive a voucher valid for 6 months. This voucher is only valid on the e-shop.
  • If you provide us your bank account number, you will be refunded within 30 days.

Costs

  • The shipping fees to return articles are your responsibility.
  • Not prepaid shipments or COD shipments will be refused!

Terms: Return and Exchange

Caroline Biss-onlineshop.com gives you the possibility to exchange or return an item within 7 days after receipt according to the law of waiver. The return or exchange can only be done via the e-shop of Caroline Biss.

Before returning an item, you must first inform the customer service centre in writing (e-mail, fax or letter).

Terms of exchange or return:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • original package
  • tag still hanging on the clothes
  • max. 1 exchange or return for each order


Caroline Biss-onlineshop.com reserves the right to refuse returns and the amount is not refundable if it is suspected that the items have already been used.
Caroline Biss-onlineshop.com reserves the right to refuse returns and the amount is not refundable if the article has been damaged by the fault of other than that of Caroline Biss-onlineshop.com or the supplier.

Note: Items may not be exchanged or returned in the regular Caroline Biss stores!
